At TripHug®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn items are not eligible for return.

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery only if:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • the item arrived defective

  • the wrong item was received

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify.


Refunds & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@triphugofficial.com with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photo evidence (if applicable)

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
In most cases, return of the item is not required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • used or worn products

  • items damaged due to misuse

  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference (comfort, firmness, color perception)


Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows no tracking updates for an extended period, please contact us.
We will review the case and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
